The O2 Blue Room
The O2 tasked us with designing a space that exceeds customer expectations and enhances footfall in the O₂ Priority Lounge, both day and night, before and after shows.
Our goal was to reimagine the Customer Journey experience and completely refurbish the lounge. We aimed to create a dynamic and engaging environment to retain current customers and attract new ones.
The result is a unique, surprising, and exciting space that stands out like no other.
